Hi,
I'm new to Team Viewer and want to check if I can use Team Viewer QuickSupport (or anything else) to remotely access, from my PC, the Kindle Fire HD of an elderly relative who needs support?
Can you point me to instructions on how to set it up, please?

You could give it a try, as the Fire OS is Android-related.
You will find the QuickSupport for Android here.
