Paid for licence however still free version

Hi,

I purchased the free licence yesterday and activated the email, however it is not changed to the paid version. Please can someone help me change this so that I can use the features I have paid for.

Did you already activate the license on your account and are you signed in to your account?

I got my email but it did not activated it on my computer
