Paid for Licenses - Still "Free"

Hi,


I purchased 4 TeamViewer Licenses for HomeOffice.

I've got 9 emails for each of them but no Activation-Links for the Licenses (just for the Accounts).

They are all still tagged as "Free"?! All 4 have separate Accounts (for separate Persons).


Can you please help me to fix this?

    As long as you purchased, you should receive the activation emails as well. Please check also your junk folder.

    In the following manual, you will find a detailed description of how you activate your Remote Access license:

    Hi and thanks for your respond, but I still need your help!

    I've checked the junk/spam folder: No mail.

    9 mails per account received, still no activation but the one for the account/email.

    One mail forced me to create an account. Done.

    One mail forced me to activate the account. Done.

    No mail to activate the license and in the account this is what I see: still tagged as "Free" with the option available to buy.

    What can I do? Please.
