If I turn off the monitor on remote pc, picture on the screen stop working

Hello

I had 2 computers connected. Im working from home and when I turn off the monitor in office (ask someone to do this) then picture on my screen is not working but when the monitor is on everything fine

"Not working" mean I cant do anything or there just black screen

    Hello @Xsunny,

    TeamViewer is designed to only capture what is on the remote screen and works ideally with a working monitor on the other end.

    This is why we recommend you use a working monitor when connecting via TeamViewer. If you want to hide your remote screen due to confidential operations, we recommend to use the Black screen feature. You will find how to use it here:
