without connection
Hello, I have purchased a busines license ver.12 and the last 14 days still on the first launch "without connection", only after several launches the connection is successful. If I run the free version 15 connection immediately. Are you blocking older versions? Why ? The license didn't cost much. Thanks for the information.

TeamViewer 12 is still operational.
This sounds more like a bug.
If you want a further investigation, you can send us a ticket by attaching the log files.
Our engineers may have a look at it.

Yes if it is possible to check why I am without a connection. It just became a state without connection after several reboots TW finally connected online. Time 2.3.2021 13:25 -13:30h zone +1
