My Remote Access license is not activated. It's showing me as free license
My Remote Access license is not activated. It's showing me as free license.
On the Management Portal - I can see that i've paid for the full remote access license for the year but when i logi on teamviewer it's showing me as free user.
My remote access time is timing out after 5 mins. On another machine , its' working fine.

When i access my profile there is nothing in the usermanagement windows
there is nothing to be deleted.
In subcription i have the following

I don't have the Activation email so that i can reactivate my account. Can this be sent back?
Can this be reset and sent? Please provide assistance to this problem as I cannot work correctly and license has already been paid.

The activation link has been sent to the person who purchased the license. Please contact the person that bought the license for you to get started.

Hi , I have tried to contact the supplier but they also don't have the activation email. Can this be resent by Teamviewer as per the subscription id ?
