i have taken a license but now i m unable to connect any computer, whenever i m trying add any computer it says

You have already reached the limit for licensing actions for this month.

    Hello @kpadhi,

    Yes, the Remote access license has moves limitations.

    In other words, you can only move a certain amount of times the licensing from one computer to another per month.

    You have, according to the system, exceeded this limit.

    If you did this accidentally and were not aware of this limitation, you can reach out to our customer support and ask for a reset of these moves.
