RECORDING OF REMOTE SESSIONS DOES NOT FUNCTION

Hello, I have tried numerous times to enable and record incoming sessions for warranty claims and proof of work or else. I need this enabled and working, but this simply does not work ... at all. Tried reinstalling without any effect

    Thanks for your post.

    It is not currently possible to record incoming sessions. Recording of a session is only possible for outgoing connections from or meetings hosted by the device.

    This does not work and I have been refunded to prove that TV does not have this option AT ALL and lacks greatly behind the competition that has this option already up and running
