Access and License
I paid for a license on Friday March 26 and it still lists my account as free non commercial and times out to my remote computer.
I have reinstalled and its still not working. I have received the activated emails and it doesnt seem to change anything.
What do I do next?

thanks for reaching out to us. In order to use your license you have to link your bought license to your account. Did you already follow the steps described in this article?

I have done everything as says and it still does not show my license and times out. I did not receive an email that shows ACTIVATE LICENSE . Maybe that is an issue?
