Version out-of date Error

I have two teamview commercial licenses, but suddenly I get the following message and I can't get support.
I'm having a huge disruption in my work, but I don't know how to do it.

This message appears if you are on an unlicensed device and try to connect to an older version of TeamViewer.
Use of the previous versions of TeamViewer require a license; if you have a license and get this error, please ensure the device you are attempting to use is licensed.
Should the issue persist, our support teams would be happy to further assist in the licensing issue.
