Is 24x7 remote access supported for Android 10 on any devices?

As our field devices are getting upgraded from Android 9 to Android 10 we are losing the ability to use Host for remote access. An operator has to intervene in order to start the session.

Is there a solution to this problem? We typically perform device maintenance after hours and this is important for our business. This is our primary field device.

We also have about 40 of these in service, but only a few have been upgraded to Android 10 so far

    Per the removed links:

    The primary field device is a 4k Sony Xperia XZ / XZ2 premium phone.

    The secondary field device is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.0

    Given that there's been no reply on this thread I expect the answer is "NO" but I'd love to hear from a TeamViewer staffer. If you're listening can you weigh in please?
