I would like to ask to cancel my account and refund, since I bought teamviewer last week May 13, the program does not work well on what I need, I believe you have this 7 days refund policy, I already sent a ticket your sales team but no reply yet ...
I doing this to make sure that my refund will still be valid since its within the 7 day refund policy.
Please let me know whats the update on my account especially your sales team.

Please understand that we do not process any cancellation requests within the community.
However, opening a ticket is the best option to do.
As you have done it already, you only need to wait for the cancellation confirmation of our customer support team.
