For your security, all cancellations must be submitted in written form, by submitting a ticket. Written requests must be received by TeamViewer at least 28 days before the end of the initial subscription term or any subscription renewal term.

First of all your website is more complicated. Submit a ticket to this option for what purpose. Very blunder formalities for deactivating a plan. For the last 2 months I trying for deactivation. Do not have any responding mail id also. The customer care number also not working. What a pathetic situation.
