remotely disabling laptop

I let a friend borrow a laptop, and now it seems it's not being returned. Is there a way to disable/lock the laptop remotely? It has the free version of TV on it. I don't mind upgrading to the paid version if it allows me to lock the device remotely.

    Locking the laptop remotely as you described is not possible via TeamViewer.
