Scrolling via mouse causes crash! Paid License
Having an issue with controlling a remote PC. All features work until you begin to scroll with the local mouse (on the scroll wheel). After scrolling, the session locks up and crashes. I've tried a system restore, Revo Uninstallation, clean updated installation, re-boot (obviously), and disabling UDP in advanced settings. This happens on 1 remote machine, and all local machines I've tried including mobile

I have the same problem. It makes TeamViewer basically unusable.

Which TeamViewer version are you running? 32 bits or 64 bits?
Please make sure to uninstall the 32 bits version and install the 64 bits version:

Hi, I have the same issue and notice this post is marked as resolved so wonder what the resolution was.
I am running v15.18.5 (64-bit) and only happens when I connect to a specific remote server.
I have already opened a ticket last week but still awaiting a response and quite desperate to get it running :-(

The post is not marked as resolved - there is currently no known solution to this.
I recommend attaching the logs of your server in the ticket.
This will increase the investigation/resolution time of your ticket.
