I have TeamViewer 12 on my laptop and the quick support app on my nexbox and note 5 phone. Im running anfroid 6.0 on the box. I can remote access my phone from my pc just fine. But when i access my android nexbox it only allows me to request screenshots. Anyone know why is this.

Many but not all Android devices are fully remote controllable with TeamViewer.
