It is **bleep** near impossible to send a message to Customer Support

Not sure what is wrong, but even if I'm logged into my corporate account. When I hit support, it goes somewhere for a second and then is redirected to the general (unpaid) support. Useless!!

    I'm having the same issue, each time I click on submit ticket I get redirected to the general support site. Maybe just add a button to cancel the subscription?

    please make sure to log in with your licensed TeamViewer Account when trying to submit a ticket: https://support.teamviewer.com/

    The page checks the license and depending on the license attached to the account, it will:

    • lead unlicensed TeamViewer accounts to the community to have the option to check for the information needed or ask a question
    • lead licensed TeamViewer accounts to the ticket system to have the option to check for the information needed or ask a question
