Hello Expert,

I got the error message Teamviewer

"The connection could not be established as your license is in use on another computer at this very moment. Therefore the channel of your business license is already in use. Please wait until the other session is closed."

Please advice me how to check this issue.

thanks for post :)

Your Business license can be installed on up to 3 devices, but you have 1 channel to use it.

This means that if the license is active in A, B and C and you are making a licensed connection from A, you will have to close that connection before using the license in B or C.
