Legacy License Key Activation

Hi,

I am attempting to activate a legacy license key on an account, using the link at the base of this page. "Still on a legacy license key? Activate license to account!"

However this link does not appear to work, I have tried it across multiple browsers and computers and tried deleting and re-creating the account no change.

    You may try to activate the license with the activation link.

    Thank you for the reply, I will leave this issue with TeamViewer to work on and just try again at a later date.

    Hi @_C_B_,

    TeamViewer developers had reverted the version of TeamViewer Management Console and the option of legacy license key should work again.

    Can you kindly try again to login to MCO and test the function please.

    Just in case the issue still persists, kindly provide the screenshot of the error message please.
