QuickSupport stopped working on Samsung A21s after Android 11 update

Hello all,

A few weeks ago, I installed the android 11 update on my Samsung Galaxy A21s.

Since then I cannot remote support with QuickSupport on that phone.

There is some type of connection though, since when I try to connect when the app is inactive, I get the message that I cannot connect because the phone is not connected to the Internet or the app has not started.

However, when I connect when the app is active, I get the message that I cannot connect because of an unknown reason.

I already tried to reinstall the app on the phone, but that did not make any difference.

Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this?

    I am wanting to use it for IPTV Box, seems to work without the add on enabled, which seems to be screen sharing only without Remote Control.

    If I choose to enable the add during connecting, I also get the message "QuickSupport stopped working" i.e it crashes


    Surely we are not the only ones with this issue?
