Each other day Teamviewer refuses to start
it starts up with Windows, when i click on TV icon to start my work i only get meassag Teamviewer does not work. Try reinstall.
When i do so, it works fine for a few days and then it happens again aftyer first time in the mornning. What can cause it, i see nothing in windows logging and in TV logging i can not find any reason. Maybe you can?

i did not capture it, will do next time...could take one day, or more....Any need of log files?

Our engineers think that some core files of your computer's system might be corrupted.
An OS reinstallation might fix the issue in the long run.

thanks for the answer, but when reinstalled it picks up old cutsomer infor, and works as a shine for severall days?

The engineers said that an operating system reinstallation could resolve the issue (Reinstalling Windows).
