Can I use Teamviewer to turn on my Android Phone without Permission?

Recently got my phone stolen and the person has my phone off. I have locked the phone through google find my phone, tried to track it but the phone is off. My only hopes of getting the phone back is to turn it on and search for it. Turn it back off and then ask report it to the cops. 
I have video footage of the person stealing my phone as well. Thank you. This would be a great and awesome tool to help solve peoples phones from getting stolen. You are all awesome.

    We are sorry to hear that your phone has been stolen.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to wake up a phone via TeamViewer. With TeamViewer, you can only wake up computers running Windows or Mac OS X. You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: How does Wake-on-LAN (WOL) with TeamViewer work?
