Service Camp Login Timeouts?

Recently, we have been having issues where our accounts will timeout and have to re-log back in even though I have the "Keep me signed in" checked every time I sign in. This is happening to me and my tech.
What is the timeout on being logged in and why is it not keeping us signed in when we have that option checked?
