Duplicate Devices in Tensor when Re-Imaging Device

Hello!

I am having an issue where our Desktop Support Team have begun re-imaging devices. If a device has already been registered in TeamViewer, re-imaging the same device to either W7 or W10 causes there to be a duplicate entry in Tensor.

Our imaging system uses the device serial number as its Hostname, so I won't be changing the name of the device. Is there any way to get the device to overwrite the existing entry, or is there a way to either merge entries or find and delete duplicate devices where the last online time is oldest or something?
