LAN connection suddenly stopped working

I been using TeamViewer for years now mostly just on LAN network to use my laptop from desktop and other way around suddenly the LAN connection stopped working keeps on saying cant make connection , i checked firewall settting nothing changed on both devices i even turn off firewall same result nothing.

but when i changed setting to accept connections via internet the app worked but i really need it to work on LAN for speed can anyone help me its kinda important to me to be able to connect my desktop to laptop it helps me alot

i am using windows 10 on both devices and both have least version of team viewer installed and are connected to same network i tried another router i have same result.
