Team viewer prevents internet connection on pc restart
I have installed team viewer on my pc (windows 10).
Nearly every time my pc restarts, it doesn’t connect to the internet. If I restart the internet adapter a few times, it connects and team viewer also connects. If I uninstall team viewer or if I stop it from starting on pc restart, then there are no internet connectivity issues.
Any idea how to resolve?

I attempted to simulate the issue, but I could not reproduce it...🤔
- Are you using the latest version of Win 10 with the latest version of TeamViewer (v15.34.4)?
- Also, when you uninstalled TeamViewer, did you select to remove all settings? You could also try our advanced uninstall.

Hi Carol,
I just now found out that the connectivity issue still remains even when team viewer is not installed.
so, it rules out team viewer

I changed TeamViewer settings to allow lan connection and it worked. Try that
