Screen mirroring is not working with teamviewer host app in zenfone 3(ze552kl)

Teamviewer quicksupport works fine, but when I try to use the Teamviewer host application, this screen comes up. It is not mirrored. Can you help me?

Also when I try to connect with my mobile phone (a71) to my zenfone 3, it says remote device does not support screen sharing. Please contact TeamViewer support for more information. in my device(a71). İt says login cancelled(I translated to english so it maybe different in english) in zenfone 3.
