I'm experiencing the same thing. I get a black vertical bar, that's it. I can't scroll through any OS windows, I can't scroll through Outlook 2019 emails. The elevator bar goes up and down, but the screen does not change. All browsers appear to be functioning properly.

    Hi all,

It might be possible that the wrong resolution is set during your connections.

You could try to change the resolution and check if it fixes the issue.

You can access the Screen resolution from the View menu within the remote session toolbar.

Please find more information about this topic here.

Let me know if this has worked for you!
