Did not receive the confirmation email for a new subscription

Question

I purchased a subscription and received a response from the for saying, "Your TeamViewer subscription is active."

But I have not received any email messages with details about the license or to confirm the account.  I opened this account manually, under the same email address.  Please let me know what I need to do to complete the account setup and get may license attached.

Because the license hasn't been applied to my account, I'm not able to use the chat support option.
