Present window only with no borders

I'm trying to present a window (Application only, not my entire screen).  My full screen is 4K resolution.  It places a 4K dark grey border around my Window, and transmits my window super small.

The client has no way to zoom in on window.  This is a horrible experience for the viewer (too small to read anything).  My window is less than or equal to the client's 1920 x 1080 resolution, so it should be able to display it pixel for pixel.

I've tried everything all available settings, but to no avail.  The clip attached illustrates what is being presented.
