Teamviewer 12 can't connect !!! Windows 10

Dear support ! Dear users!
I have a problem with conection from two pc's on windows 10 - i see only : Not readey.check connection. I works till 2PM today. After - still have a problem with connection.
Tested on: local cable ISP - Vectra and GSM Carrier - Orange

I had this problem on windows 10......
closed teamviewer
went into task manager
found a running teamviewer task and ended it
started teamviewer again and it seems to work.
