Timing out inactive sessions not working - Disconnects after 4 hours

The timing out of inactive sessions-function isn't working.  It's set for 8 hours but always disconnects after 4 hours. What might be the problem?

    Can you kindly provide the information of TeamViewer versions and operation systems from two sides of the connection please.

    OS is win10, TV version 14.2.8352 on both comps
