TV on Android connects to Desktop inspite of...

Hi,

I have TV on my Windows 10, Desktop and my Android Tablet.
I am able to connect from my Tablet to my Desktop even if I:
1: Sign Out of the Management Group.
2: Remove 'Assign device to account'.
3: Revoke Grant easy access.

4. When all of the above are disabled.

Why is this possible? It seems like a security concern to me.
