Hello,

in our company we are using Teamviewer 10 because we are having a license for that software.

We have the following problem:
On PC1 there is Teamviewer 10.0.93450 installed and on PC2 there is Teamviewer 10.0.134865 downlaoded from the website yesterday.

But if PC1 wants to start a remote session to PC2, it says, that PC2 is having an older Version of Teamviewer which is out of date.  If i have checked the version numbers right. So PC1 is having the older version, not PC2. But the teamviewer on PC1 says that PC2 is having an older version... So what´s right now ?

And if the Version on PC1 is the older and i want to update, can we use the license as on version 10.0.93450?

Thanks for your help.

Kind regards

    Hi @paradox1

    Thank you for your post.

    For PC1:

    • can you please check if there is an InApp update available? You will find the option under Help --> Check for new version and then it has to display an update to 10.0.134865 and 15. Make sure to choose version 10.x.
    • if there is no update possibility to version 10.x displayed within the spp, please uninstall version 10.0.93450 manualy and download the newer version directly from our homepage

    For both PCs:

    • please check under Help --> About TeamViewer if the device is licensed. There should something be displayed there. (License: xxx
    • if the license is Free, please login with a licensed TeamViewer account or enter the license key under Extras --> Activate license.

Please try again afterward to connect between the two devices.

Hope this could help. Wish you a great day. :)

    All the best,
    Natascha
