TeamViewer Access

Hello

is it possible to set teamviewer to ask admin for persmission to login.

we have a premium licence which as you know come with the one live connection. however we have a team memebr in a different department who has been granted accces to use this to support in accounts. however he refuses to communicate with us about whether we are using it at the time and he just logs in when he wants, the end result is the company getting billed.

I understand that it would be easier to but another licence but the mananging director does not want to this so my hands are tied. Can i set this up that all connection have to be approved by myself as admin beofre he can log in?
