Why am I getting this error, if I have a paid 1 seat licence?

"You have already reached the limit for licensing actions for this month"

Am I not allowed to change the endpoint? I'm using the software with only 1 connection at a time...

Do I need to buy a different license?

    Thanks for your post.

    What license did you buy? The Remote Access license or a Business license?

    If it is the Remote Access license, please have a look at this post: NEW LICENSE: Use case-specific license for a fixed number of devices 

    There it is stated that:

    "In case one of the devices needs to be replaced, we provide you with three respective six device-moves per month. This allows hassle-free moves to a new device if needed. If you need to change the devices more frequently, add devices regularly or connect to multiple devices, Remote Access is not the right fit for your use case. In that case, we recommend having a look at the other license solutions TeamViewer is offering."

    Remote access indeed.

    Is it possible to upgrade said licence to the Single User subscription or do I have to cough up the full sum again?
