Remote Control on Teamviewer 10.
My mom has a TV 10. on her IPAD and i have installed the same on my Mac.
I can connect but only get her dashboard info, screenshot options, and no remote control nor view of her screen. I have no other way of helping her deal with her IPAD. Any idea why i don't get the remote control option?

Hi @Annema
IPad's Operating system (iOS) does not offer remote control of the device, only offers the screen sharing, so you can only see what your mom doing on the iPad.
To achieve that you must enable it to the iPad by looking at this related post.
