One of my old computer was running Teamviewer 13, and it was under a company domain control.  I wanted to connect it from home, and it doesn't work through free personal use plant. Looks we have to get a single user license to do that.

But I wantted to make sure Teamviewer will fully refund  if I finially find it was not situable for my intended use within 7 days. I saw some people say there's test period for 7 days after purchase, but didn't see it when I'm going to pay.

    HI @ZhangYi83

Thanks for your interest in TeamViewer.

Please excuse that the community might not be the best place to receive all the Sales information you need.

My recommendation is to give our licensing pros a direct phone call to discuss your individual use case. But yes, you can return your newly purchased TeamViewer license or AddOn licenses within 7-days from purchase and we will refund or cancel your invoice.

The 7-day-money-back guarantee does not apply to renewals.

However - please contact our support via the ticket portal and choose 7-day return as the reason.

    Thanks and best,

    Esther
