help me button and no e-mail or request

Hello,

When i do a request with the help me button, this does not do anything.

In the interface, it's written e-mail, but nothing on the mailbox

    Do you have notifications turned on for the users you want to get an email? This is set via the Managment Website.

    Hello,

    Yes, it was because the group was misconfigured in my custom TV host.
