Subscription Problems

I have an active subscription, which I have been unable to use. I cant even seem to submit a ticket. When I log in I can see my subcription is active. My IT department just sppent an hour trying to get it working but have given up. Any ideas ??

  • Today I purchased a single user subscription. Its active when I log in  teamviewer customer portal, but in the management console it shows as free expired. Ive spent the whole afternoon trying to resolve this. I cant submit a ticket as the system doesnt recognise I have a licence. Also Ive been have two charged twice  for the subscription.

     

    I really need some help here ...
