<h2 data-id="general"><strong>General</strong></h2><div class="blockquote"><div class="blockquote-content"><p class="blockquote-line"><em>This article applies to all TeamViewer users.</em></p></div></div><p>Learn more about the version compatibility of TeamViewer, TeamViewer Meeting and QuickJoin.</p><p><br></p><h3></h3><h2 data-id="using-teamviewer-client"><strong>Using TeamViewer client </strong></h2><h3 data-id="teamviewer-15.13-(or-higher)">TeamViewer 15.13 (or higher)</h3><p>If you are the <strong>Organizer </strong>for a meeting using the latest version (15.13 or higher) of TeamViewer, all participants need:</p><ul><li>Version <strong>15.13</strong> or higher of <strong>TeamViewer</strong></li></ul><p>or</p><ul><li>Version <strong>15.9</strong> or higher for the <strong>standalone TeamViewer Meeting client</strong>.</li></ul><h3 data-id="-1"></h3><h3 data-id="teamviewer-15.12">TeamViewer 15.12 </h3><p>If you are the <strong>Organizer </strong>for a meeting using 15.12, or an older version of <strong>TeamViewer</strong>, all participants need: </p><ul><li>Version <strong>15.12 </strong>of <strong>TeamViewer </strong></li><li><strong>no one with version 15.13 or higher will be able to join</strong> </li><li><strong>no one using the standalone TeamViewer Meeting client will be able to join</strong>, no matter which version they use</li></ul><p><br></p><h3 data-id="teamviewer-15.9-to-15.11">TeamViewer 15.9 to 15.11</h3><p>If you are the <strong>Organizer</strong> for a meeting using version <strong>15.9 to 15.11</strong> of <strong>TeamViewer, </strong>all participants need<strong>:</strong> </p><ul><li>A version of <strong>TeamViewer </strong>between <strong>15.9 and 15.11</strong></li><li><strong>no one with version 15.12 or higher will be able to join</strong> </li><li><strong>no one using the standalone TeamViewer Meeting client will be able to join</strong>, no matter which version they use</li></ul><p><br></p><h3 data-id="teamviewer-15.0-to-15.8">TeamViewer 15.0 to 15.8</h3><p>If you are the <strong>Organizer</strong> for a meeting using version <strong>15.0 to 15.8</strong> of <strong>TeamViewer</strong>, all participants need<strong>:</strong> </p><ul><li>A version of <strong>TeamViewer </strong>between <strong>15.0 and 15.8</strong></li><li><strong>no one with version 15.9 or higher will be able to join</strong></li><li><strong>no one using the standalone TeamViewer Meeting client will be able to join</strong>, no matter which version they use.</li></ul><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-2"></h3><h2 data-id="using-teamviewer-meeting-standalone-client-(previously-blizz)">Using TeamViewer Meeting standalone client (previously Blizz)</h2><h3 data-id="teamviewer-meeting-15.9-15.13-(or-higher)">TeamViewer Meeting 15.9 - 15.13 (or higher)</h3><p>If you are the <strong>Organizer</strong> for a meeting using any version between <strong>15.9 and 15.13 (or higher)</strong> of <strong>TeamViewer Meeting</strong>, all participants need:</p><ul><li> Version <strong>15.9 or higher</strong> of the <strong>standalone TeamViewer Meeting</strong> client</li></ul><p>or </p><ul><li>Version <strong>15.13 or higher</strong> for the <strong>TeamViewer </strong>client.</li></ul><p><br></p><h3 data-id="teamviewer-meeting-15.0-15.8">TeamViewer Meeting 15.0 - 15.8</h3><p>If you are the <strong>Organizer </strong>for a meeting using any version of <strong>TeamViewer Meeting</strong> between <strong>15.0 and 15.8</strong>, all participants need: </p><ul><li>A version of <strong>TeamViewer Meeting </strong>between 15.0 and 15.8</li><li><strong>no one using the TeamViewer client will be able to join</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-3"></h3><h2 data-id="quickjoin"><strong>QuickJoin </strong> </h2><h3 data-id="when-joining-a-meeting-hosted-on-the-teamviewer-client%3A"><strong>When joining a meeting hosted on the TeamViewer client:</strong></h3><ul><li>If a meeting is hosted on <strong>TeamViewer </strong>using version <strong>15.13 (or higher)</strong>, all participants need the latest version of QuickJoin (<a href="https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQJ.exe" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">Found here</a>). This new QuickJoin application is downloaded when participants attempt to join a meeting hosted on version 15.13 or higher of <strong>TeamViewer</strong>.</li><li>If a meeting is hosted on <strong>TeamViewer </strong>using version <strong>15.12, </strong>all participants need to use an older version of QuickJoin (<a href="https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/previous-versions/?_ga=2.260353481.590718541.1650986464-788698143.1650457577" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">Found here</a>)</li></ul><h3 data-id="-4"></h3><h3 data-id="when-joining-a-meeting-hosted-on-the-teamviewer-meeting-client">When joining a meeting hosted on the TeamViewer Meeting client</h3><ul><li>If a meeting is hosted on <strong>TeamViewer Meeting</strong> using version <strong>15.9 (or higher)</strong>, all participants need to use the latest version of QuickJoin (<a href="https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQJ.exe" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">Found here</a>). This new QuickJoin application is downloaded when participants attempt to join a meeting hosted on version 15.13 or higher of <strong>TeamViewer</strong>.</li><li>If a meeting is hosted on <strong>TeamViewer Meeting</strong> using 15.8 (or lower), <strong>QuickJoin </strong>will not work. We recommend updating your <strong>TeamViewer Meeting Client</strong> to the latest version.</li></ul><p><br></p>
