<h3></h3><h2 data-id="general">General</h2><div class="blockquote"><div class="blockquote-content"><p class="blockquote-line"><em>This article applies to all lifeAR users.</em></p></div></div><p>You can easily start a lifeAR call from within your <strong>Contacts </strong>tab. </p><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-1"></h3><h2 data-id="call-via-the-contacts-tab">Call via the Contacts tab</h2><p>You can start 1:1 calls directly from your <strong>Contacts</strong> tab.</p><p>To do so, please follow the steps below:</p><p>1) Navigate to the <strong>Contacts </strong>tab in your lifeAR app.</p><p>2) Click on the contact you want to talk to. </p><p>3) Your lifeAR app will call your contact.</p><p>📌<strong>Note: </strong> For your 1:1 calls, your front-facing camera is shown for the invited person and you can do real video-calls. For calls with three or more participants, only the profile pictures are shown while the presenter can always switch between the front and back camera.</p><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-2"></h3><h2 data-id="add-additional-participants">Add additional participants</h2><p>After you started your call with one contact, you can add up to 4 additional contacts to the call.</p><p>In total up to 6 people can talk in a lifeAR call.</p>
