Below, you find further information about Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.</p><h3 data-id="audio-and-video">Audio and Video</h3><p>Once you enter a link to a Classroom session in your browser for the first time, you might get asked, whether you want to allow TeamViewer Classroom (=de01.elearning.teamviewer.com) to use your microphone. </p><p>Depending on what you click (<strong>Allow</strong> or <strong>Block</strong>) for the use of your microphone, the Microsoft Edge browser applies the same setting to your video.</p><div class="embedExternal embedImage display-medium float-none">

<ul><li>If you click <strong>Allow</strong>, you can generally use your microphone to communicate with others during a classroom session (<strong>Recommended</strong>). <ul><li>Of course, you can enable and disable your audio via the Classroom session manually.</li></ul></li><li>If you click <strong>Block</strong>, you can´t use your microphone to communicate with others during a classroom session. <ul><li>When trying to activate video or audio, you get promoted with this information: </li></ul></li></ul><div class="embedExternal embedImage display-large float-none">

<h3 data-id="-3"></h3><h3 data-id="changing-the-permission">Changing the permission</h3><p>You can change the general permission of TeamViewer Classroom for accessing your microphone and camera at any time.</p><h3 data-id="-4"></h3><h3 data-id="allow-access-after-it-was-blocked">Allow access after it was blocked</h3><p>If you initially blocked TeamViewer Classroom to access your microphone and camera, you can easily allow the access. Follow the steps below:</p><p>1.) Navigate to the <strong>Camera icon</strong> in your browser bar and <strong>click </strong>it</p><p>2.) Click <strong>Always allow [URL of TeamViewer Classroom] to access your camera</strong>.</p><p>3.) Click <strong>Done</strong>.</p><div class="embedExternal embedImage display-large float-none">

Follow the steps below:</p><p>1.) Navigate to the <strong>Camera icon</strong> in your browser bar and <strong>click </strong>it</p><p>2.) Click <strong>Always block camera and microphone access</strong>.</p><p>3.)
