Where possible, we use plain English that can be understood easily as well as screenshots, gifs and videos to visualize the guidance.</p><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-1"></h3><h2 data-id="structure">Structure</h2><p>The Knowledge Hub is divided into categories. </p><p>On the main level, you can choose your <strong>TeamViewer product or service</strong> such as e.g., <em>TeamViewer</em> or <em>Assist AR</em>. </p><p>When going deeper into the structure, you´ll get into more specific sub-categories for the chosen TeamViewer product such as e.g., <em>Installation, Licensing </em>or<em> SSO</em>.</p><p><strong>ℹ️ Good to know</strong>: We ordered all articles in a logical structure that guides you through your TeamViewer journey.</p><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-2"></h3><h2 data-id="navigation">Navigation</h2><p>You can read all articles in a<strong> book-like order</strong> by clicking <strong>Next</strong> (and <strong>Previous</strong>) at the bottom of each article 📖</p><p>🔀 Alternatively, you can navigate directly via the<strong> tree structure on the left</strong> to specific articles or particular (sub-)categories. You can open categories easily by clicking on the arrows next to their name and diving deeper into the structure.</p><p>👈️The <strong>left menu</strong> shows you all <strong>available product documentation</strong> that you can explore at your own pace and interest.</p><p>👉️ The <strong>right menu</strong> is the <strong>Table of Content</strong> per article and helps you to navigate within the article quickly. On the result page, you will find some suggestions for articles.</p><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-4"></h3><h2 data-id="reading-the-articles">Reading the articles</h2><p>Each article starts with information about <strong>who this article applies to</strong> based on technical parameters such as operating system usage or licensing plans to help you find relevant content.</p><p>The article will then give you all information to understand a feature, function, or service and use it properly.
