Required bandwidth
The bandwidth required for xPick depends on the number of devices used in parallel.
The minimum bandwidth below is sufficient for the transfer of structured pick order data. Depending on the implemented process and usage patterns, more bandwidth may be required. For example, if your process involves capturing and uploading media files (photo, video, voice) to the Frontline Command Center, or if your supervisor regularly uses the screen sharing feature to view what is being displayed on specific devices, at least the recommended bandwidth should be provided.
Finally, application updates require larger amounts of data to be downloaded to the devices. Depending on your bandwidth and processes, we recommend updating devices in batches or outside of business hours.
