<p><br></p><h2 data-id="general">General</h2><div class="blockquote"><div class="blockquote-content"><p class="blockquote-line"><em>This article applies to all customers with a Corporate, Tensor Basic, Tensor Pro or Tensor Unlimited plan.</em></p></div></div><p>The Company Address Book allows company administrators to ease communication between all members of the company profile.</p><p>Once a user has been added to the company profile, their account will be added to the Computer & Contacts list automatically with the Company Address Book Group. </p><p>This group appears within the Computer & Contacts list of all members automatically.</p><p><br></p><h3></h3><h2 data-id="activate-company-address-book">Activate Company Address Book</h2><p>The Company Address Book is an optional feature to enhance communication between the members of a company profile.</p><p>The company administrator can enable the Company Address Book for all users with the Company Management of the Management Console.</p><p>1.) Navigate to the <a href="https://login.teamviewer.com/nav/managecompany/advanced" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">Company Administration</a> in the Management Console</p><p>2.) <p><br></p><h3 data-id="-1"></h3><h2 data-id="hide-users">Hide users</h2><p>You can hide selected users not appearing in the Company Address Book.</p><p>To do so, go to the <strong>User Administration</strong> --> select <strong>Users</strong> --> <strong>Edit users</strong> (Bulk or single edit) --> <strong>Advanced</strong> and enable <strong>Hide from company address book</strong>.</p><p>📌<strong>Note</strong>: Bulk edit only works for multiple company admins or users, not mixed.</p><p>💡<strong>Hint</strong>: Changes will take 10-15 mins to be applied to the clients.</p><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-2"></h3><h2 data-id="deactivate-company-address-book">Deactivate Company Address Book</h2><p>The Company Address Book can be deactivated at any point.</p><p>1.) Navigate to the <a href="https://login.teamviewer.com/nav/managecompany/advanced" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">Company Administration</a> in the Management Console</p><p>2.) Click the <strong>Advanced </strong>Button</p><p>3.) Disable the toggle for <strong>Company Address Book</strong></p><p>4.) Click <strong>Save</strong></p>
