<ol><li>Log in to the Management Console: <a href="https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn</a>.</li><li>Navigate to <strong>Design & Deploy</strong></li><li>Open the <strong>Assignment</strong> tab (only visible if you are a company administrator and if you are a Tensor agent)</li><li>Click the <strong>+ button</strong> to add a new configuration:<ol><li>Select a <strong>name </strong>for your new configuration that lets you quickly identify your configuration for later use.</li><li>(optional) select the managers who need the permissions to administrate the device. The managers will get the following permissions: "Manager", "Device", and "Policy Administration".</li><li>(optional) select the <strong>managed groups</strong> the device should be put into after the deployment<ul><li>Once you have finished the assignment via the command line, you can use the Management Console to: allow Easy Access</li></ul><ol><li>(if needed) add additional managers</li><li>add devices to groups</li><li>change permissions</li></ol></li><li>Click "<strong>Save</strong>"</li></ol></li><li>Click the <strong>copy to clipboard </strong>icon. This will copy the assignment ID to your clipboard.</li></ol><p><br></p><h3 data-id="-1"></h3><h2 data-id="how-to-delete-an-assignment-configuration">How to delete an assignment configuration</h2><p>To delete an assignment configuration, please follow the instructions below:</p><ol><li>Log in to the Management Console: <a href="https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn</a>.</li><li>Click on <strong>Design & Deploy</strong>.</li><li>Open the <strong>Assignment</strong> tab (only visible if you are a company administrator and if you are a Tensor agent).</li><li>Click the <strong>trash button</strong> to remove a configuration.</li></ol><p>This action will only remove the configuration template, so it can no longer be used for further assignments. Already assigned devices are not affected by this deletion.</p>
