You can change your account information (e.g., your e-mail address, password, and profile picture) from the TeamViewer Remote client or the web platform.

This article applies to all TeamViewer users.

How to change your account e-mail

To change your account e-mail, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to https://web.teamviewer.com/ and sign in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and click Edit profile.
  3. Go to the Account tab. Click the email field and enter the new email address in the respective fields.
  4. Click Save to confirm the changes.
  5. Access the inbox of the new e-mail address, open the e-mail, Verify your email address, and click on Verify My Email to finalize the change.

📌Notes:

  • Changing the account email does NOT change your invoicing email. Please contact our support team if you would like to change your invoicing email.
  • The new e-mail address must not be attached to any TeamViewer account. If so, please delete the TeamViewer account attached to the new e-mail before processing the e-mail address change.
