You can change your account information (e.g., your e-mail address, password, and profile picture) from the TeamViewer Remote client or the web platform.
This article applies to all TeamViewer users.
How to change your account e-mail
To change your account e-mail, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to https://web.teamviewer.com/ and sign in to your account.
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and click Edit profile.
- Go to the Account tab. Click the email field and enter the new email address in the respective fields.
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
- Access the inbox of the new e-mail address, open the e-mail, Verify your email address, and click on Verify My Email to finalize the change.
📌Notes:
- Changing the account email does NOT change your invoicing email. Please contact our support team if you would like to change your invoicing email.
- The new e-mail address must not be attached to any TeamViewer account. If so, please delete the TeamViewer account attached to the new e-mail before processing the e-mail address change.
