This month's release introduces Audio and Video forwarding, license sharing in multitenancy, case management integrated in the Resolution Center, automatic company creation, and simplified user invitations.
Audio and video forwarding: Join calls on a remote device
What changed
TeamViewer Tensor (excluding Tensor Access) and TeamViewer ONE now support Audio and video forwarding. This allows local microphones and cameras to be forwarded to a remote Windows device during a remote session. As a result, users can join online meetings and use communication applications on the remote computer while relying on the audio and video hardware of their local device.
Why it matters
Audio & Video Forwarding enhances remote work scenarios by enabling a more seamless meeting experience on remote devices. Users can join calls and collaborate via conferencing applications as if they were physically sitting in front of the remote computer, without needing any separate peripherals connected to the remote machine.

License sharing in multitenancy
What changed
Administrators can now distribute Tensor licenses across company profiles within a multitenancy environment. Through the Manage licenses functionality, admins can allocate users, managed devices, and AI credits from a parent company profile to connected child company profiles.
Shared license allocations can be adjusted later as business requirements change, helping organizations distribute resources where they are needed most.
Why it matters
This simplifies license management across multitenancy environments by providing centralized control, increased transparency, and greater operational flexibility. Organizations can manage licensing more efficiently while reducing administrative overhead.

Resolution Center with integrated case management
What changed
The Resolution Center in TeamViewer ONE now includes comprehensive case management capabilities. Support teams can create and manage cases directly within TeamViewer ONE, assign ownership, track progress, and view affected devices from a centralized location. Cases are now displayed both in the Resolution Center and as a new item type within Recent Issues. Supporters can manually create cases, assign them to individual users or user groups, and review activity logs. The detailed case view also enables actions such as Remote Control and Script Deployment to be launched directly from a case.
Why it matters
IT teams gain a centralized view of ongoing issues, improving visibility, accountability, and collaboration. By assigning ownership, tracking progress, and maintaining a complete activity history in one place, organizations can streamline issue resolution and improve operational efficiency.

Automated company creation for commercial customers
What changed
Commercial customers with a TeamViewer Business, Premium, Corporate, or Tensor license who sign in without an existing company profile will now automatically receive a company profile. This removes the need to manually create a company before accessing company-related features and services. Currently, this feature is available in a limited number of countries and will soon be expanded to others.
Why it matters
This update streamlines the onboarding experience, reduces setup effort, and helps customers get started faster. With automated company creation, users can immediately access company-related features without going through additional configuration steps.

Simplified user invitations
What changed
The process of adding existing TeamViewer accounts to a company profile has been simplified. The new invitation workflow makes it faster and easier for users to join company profiles.
Why it matters
This enhancement reduces administrative effort, streamlines user onboarding, and speeds up the process of adding existing users to a company.
