<h4 data-id="schedule-a-meeting">Schedule a meeting</h4><p>1) Click the Button <strong>Scheduler</strong> to schedule a new meeting.</p><p>2) In the <strong>My Meetings </strong>window, you can schedule a meeting for a specific project or topic by clicking on <strong>New Meeting...</strong>. You can define a subject for the meeting, the date and time for the start and end of the meeting and the respective time zone. Additionally, you can generate a password for this specific meeting and save the meeting for later reuse. <p>You can choose between: </p><p>1) <strong>Phone</strong></p><p>2) <strong>Voice over IP</strong></p><p>If you select <strong>Phone</strong> as conference mode you can define if you would like to use <strong>TeamViewer conference data</strong> or your own <strong>custom conference data</strong>. </p><h3 data-id="join-meeting">Join Meeting</h3><p>In the upper right area for<strong> Meeting</strong>, you can enter a <strong>Meeting ID</strong>.</p><p>The <strong>Meeting ID</strong> is a unique number that is being created individually for every meeting and serves for joining meetings. You can see at a glance which computer or contact is available and you can start a meeting directly.</p><p><strong>Computers & Contacts</strong> also offers other useful functions similar to an instant messenger.</p><p>The Computers & Contacts list is linked to your <a href="https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/What-is-a-TeamViewer-Account/ta-p/4442" rel="nofollow noreferrer ugc">TeamViewer account</a>. This means that your contact information is not tied to a specific computer but is stored in a central location. After signing in with your TeamViewer account credentials your profile picture will be displayed there.
